The "A" Program

What do we offer you?

The “A” Program is a complex training program with a duration of 18-24 months during which you will be an employee of E.ON România.

You will have the opportunity to learn in a professional environment from professionals working in any of our company’s divisions and departments, based on your options and on the company’s needs.
 
After the program is finalized, we offer you the possibility to continue your activity in E.ON România, in the area that best suits you, already having a solid basis of knowledge and skills.
 
You will be involved in interdisciplinary projects meant to provide you with knowledge of several segments of the field of natural gas and electricity supply.

There is also the possibility of an international internship in one of the E.ON Group’s companies.
