E.ON România offers young engineers a 24 months complex development program during which you will be an employee of our company.

This program is specially designed for young engineers, like you, to have the opportunity to learn various technical activity areas of the gas and electricity distribution and supply domain.

You will have stages in various technical departments under the guidance of qualified engineers. In this way you can develop your professional skills and knowledge about E.ON România.

At the end of this progrem we offer you the possibility to continue your activity in E.ON România, in the area that suits you best, already having a solid basis of knowledge and skills.
