Administrative changes

You are already a Customer but you need administrative changes

  1. We invite you to one of the 35 Customer Care Centres. The old Customer will fl lin a request of cancellation of the Contract of Supply. If the old Customer does not come to the Customer Care Centre in order to request the cancellation of the Contract of Supply, the new Customer will fill in on his own responsibility a statement in which he will specify that he is to be the new Customer. Our specialists will inform you about all the documents necessary to obtain the Agreement to Access.
  2. The qualified personnel of the Customer Care Centres will issue the invoice for the Agreement to Access and the tariff for the conclusion of the Contract for Supply and you will pay it at the Customer Care Centre’s cash point.
  3. The last stage consists in the cancellation of the old Contract of Supply and the signing of the new Contract of Supply.

Technical changes

You are already a Customer but you need technical changes

  1. We invite you to one of the 35 Customer Care Centres in order to fill in, with the assistance of one of our agents the Request to Access. Also, our specialists will inform you about all the documents necessary to obtain the Agreement to Access.
  2. When you obtain the Agreement to Access the Contract of Connection to the distribution system will be concluded, too. After having signed the Connection Contract, the invoice for the connection tariff will be issued, and the Customer will pay it at any E.ON Gaz România Cash Point or through a bank
  3. The companies agreed upon by ANRE the project for the change of the in-house installation is being done. The company will do the documentation for you, will approve the project, will request for the final reception of the in-house installation from E.ON Gaz România.
  4. The company that you choose which was agreed upon by ANRE will execute the change job for your in-house installation.
  5. The last stage comprises the signing of the Contract of Supply, the installation of the meter and the final reception of the in-house installation.
