As of June 2009, the new Customer Care Center in Alba Iulia welcomes our customers in a modernized area, reflecting the standards of our company regarding our relationship with the customer.
Beginning this year, other similar centers await for you in new locations, organized in accordance with our desire of professionalism and readiness in our relation with you, the customers of E.ON Gaz România.
The Timişoara Customer Care Centre is waiting for you in the Office in Str. Independenţei no. 26-28 with information regarding the way in which you can become a customer, the conclusion of the supply contract, explanation of the contents of the natural gas invoice, technical or administrative changes, consultancy regarding tariffs, ways to pay for the natural gas invoice and other information of interest for you.
The Arad Customer Care Centre, now located on the Bulevardul Revoluţiei no. 52-54, is waiting for you in a new and modern building where E.ON Gaz România sales agents offer you solutions to all your problems related to natural gas, in a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere.
The Deva Customer Care Centre is waiting for you on Calea Zarandului no. 61, in a space especially created in order to satisfy all your requests. Direct access to information, rapid and efficient reference to agents dedicated to you, are only a few of the benefits of your visit to the Centre.
The Reşiţa Customer Care Centre is at your disposal in the building on Bulevardul Republicii no. 21. Customer orientation, a guiding principle for all our actions, materialises in the quality service you can benefit from in this office.
The Petroşani Customer Care Centre, on Bulevardul 1 Dec 1918 no. 120A, insures the reduction of the time for the resolution of your problems related to gas and quality services, in a professional and friendly environment.
The Luduş Customer Care Centre on Str. Vânătorilor no. 8, is waiting for you in a modernised building so that it should give a prompt and efficient answer to all your requests related to the use of natural gas.
These new Customer Care Centres are added to the already modernised ones over the last years in Târgu Mureş, Suceava, Iaşi, Piatra Neamţ, Oneşti, Bacău, Roman, Sibiu, Baia Mare, Satu Mare, Odorheiu Secuiesc, Dej, Reghin, Turda and Alba Iulia. Our company is continuing the modernisation of all 35 Customer Care Centres around the country, as an important step towards you, the Customers of E.ON Gaz România.
